Refund Policy


Registration Refund Policy:

Requests for registration withdrawals/refunds must be sent via email to amra.registrar@gmail.com. Please include the reason for the withdrawal , the player's name, the method of payment and the original payee's mailing address if paid by e-transfer. 

There will be a $60 administration fee on all refunds

Withdrawal before September 30th: 100% of the registration fee received, minus the admin fee

Withdrawal after September 30th: No refund

Fun1 refunds: Withdrawals from the Fun1 program will be refunded on a prorated basis until Dec 31, 2023. After Dec 31, no refunds will be issued

Refunds for a player withdrawing for medical reasons will be prorated and dealt with on a case by case basis.

All refunds are to be discussed by the Executive on a case by case basis prior to their approval.

Once a refund has been issued, the player will not be able to return to play for the remainder of the season.
